Thin material processing (thin-walled ring cutting)

Suppresses distortion and warping of thin meat rings. Compatible with thin material processing using dedicated jigs.

This is an example of manufacturing a thin aluminum ring through cutting processing. The ring has a difference of 3mm between the inner and outer diameters and a thickness of 3mm, making it prone to warping and vibration during processing. Conventional turning processes often result in warping after machining, making it a challenging task. Therefore, our company used specialized jigs to process the ring without causing distortion or warping. We can also propose processing methods using specialized jigs tailored to customer specifications such as surface roughness and tolerances.
